Can I Use One Email for Multiple K-ETA Applications?

Yes. You can use one email address to submit multiple K-ETA applications.

The K-ETA system does not require a unique email address for each applicant. A single email can be used to apply for several people, such as family members or group travelers. Each application, however, must be completed separately, and the personal details (passport number, name, date of birth, etc.) must be entered accurately for each individual.

 

When using one email for multiple K-ETA applications, keep in mind:

  • Approval results for all applicants will be sent to the same email address.
  • Make sure you clearly track which approval belongs to which traveler.
  • Any errors in an individual’s application must be corrected through a new submission if required.

 

Using one email is allowed, but each K-ETA is still issued individually and linked to the applicant’s passport. Always double-check the information before submitting to avoid delays or reapplication.
